Sunday evening, I drove to a small village named Aduarderzijl in the province of Groningen to capture a nice sunset over an even nicer landscape. I was familiar with the location, but didn’t had the time to actually go out and shoot some nice landscapes. When I left home, I first drove into a big rain shower. Then, skies cleared when I approached the location and I got really excited. Parked the car near the lock which connects the Aduarderdiep and the Reitdiep and start positioning myself in a nice spot to capture the wonderful glow of the setting sun over this pitoresk location.
